"If you want to stand for something, you can't stand for everything."

I used to say I could help you lose weight, gain muscle, improve performance, help rehabilitate injuries and teach you how to cook.

The issue with that (even if I am very well rounded) Iwill never excel in any one area. Because I want a customer (and what business doesn't), then I will be whatever you want. If you need me to be convenient, the cheapest, or provide workouts that runs you into the ground; then that's what I'll be.

The problem is that the do-it-all approach doesn't work. It didn't work for large companies like Circuit City and Sears, so what chance would little ol' me have taking the same strategy. 

Now I am continuously refining my offerings and figuring out what areas of fitness I wish to be branded in.
